We offer a range of Pilates sessions at our Sidmouth practice from weekly cases to specialised programmes, private groups and 1-1 sessions.
Our Pilates sessions run by an Osteopath ensure you go through each exercise correctly to receive the full benefit from the session. Seawise Pilates classes involve a range of gentle stretches to dynamic strength-building routines to build on posture, improved balance, and relief from chronic pain.

Pilates Classes
Whether you’re a beginner or an experience Pilates goer, we have classes for all!
Beginner – refers to a foundational level of Pilates exercises designed for individuals who
are new to the practice, focusing on basic movements that improve flexibility, strength, and
posture while emphasizing proper form and alignment.
Intermediate – builds on the principles learned in beginner classes, incorporating more
complex movements and techniques that challenge strength, coordination, and flexibility,
often involving greater control and stability in the exercises
Mixed abilities - a class that accommodates participants of varying skill levels, from
beginners to advanced, with exercises modified to suit individual needs, allowing everyone
to work at their own pace while still challenging their strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Less Mobile - This Pilates class is tailored for individuals who find getting on and off the floor challenging. With a slower pace, it focuses on building confidence, improving mobility, and enhancing strength.
