Meet Our Team
Josh Martin
Meet Josh, a skilled osteopath with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. With a solid foundation in biomechanics and movement from his background in personal training, Josh is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, postural imbalances, chronic pain, and general musculoskeletal issues.

As an ultra-marathon runner who has faced and overcome numerous injuries, Josh has a unique, first-hand understanding of the physical and mental challenges of recovery. This personal experience enhances his ability to relate to his patients, especially those dealing with sports-related injuries.

Josh takes a holistic approach to his treatments, combining osteopathic techniques with tailored exercise plans to address the root cause of discomfort. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to improve your overall physical wellbeing, Josh is dedicated to guiding you through every step of your recovery.

Maddie Kennelly
Meet Maddie, a compassionate and dedicated osteopath with a Masters in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy and Nutrition from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. Known for her patient-centred approach, Maddie takes the time to understand each person’s unique needs, whether it's reducing pain, improving mobility, or helping them perform at their best.

With years of experience, including treating elite athletes, Maddie has developed a deep expertise in rehabilitation and tailors her treatments to fit every individual. She looks at the bigger picture, considering lifestyle, nutrition, and mental health, and often incorporates Pilates-based exercises into her sessions to maximise results.
